1. Acceptance
By accessing partcmo.ai or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Beta service
PartCMO is currently in beta. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Features may change, be removed, or be unavailable at any time. We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on the beta service.
3. Use of the service
You agree to use PartCMO only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to generate content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or in violation of any third party's intellectual property rights. You are responsible for any content you publish using outputs from the service.
4. Intellectual property
Content you provide to PartCMO remains yours. AI-generated outputs produced on your behalf are yours to use. PartCMO retains ownership of its underlying platform, tools, and methodology.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartCMO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including loss of revenue or brand damage from published content.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to remove any user from the waitlist or beta program at our discretion, without notice.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of applicable jurisdiction.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
