1. What we collect
We collect only your email address when you join our waitlist. We do not collect names, payment information, or any other personal data during the waitlist phase.
2. How we use it
Your email is used solely to notify you when beta access is available, and to communicate updates about PartCMO. We will not send unsolicited marketing emails unrelated to PartCMO.
3. How we store it
Email addresses are stored in Upstash Redis, a secure cloud database. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not store your email in plain-text files or locally on any server.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party. The only exception is Upstash (our database provider) and Vercel (our hosting provider), who process data solely to operate the service.
5. Your rights
You may request deletion of your email address at any time by emailing us at hello@partcmo.ai. If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to access, correct, or port your data.
6. Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. No data is shared with advertising networks.
7. Changes
If we update this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
